Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re here to ensure your journey with us is seamless from the moment you order to the moment you wear our shoes.


EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that finding the perfect pair can sometimes take a second try. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with the product you receive, you are welcome to exchange it within 7 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The shoes must be unused, with no visible signs of wear such as scratches, creases, stains, or scuffed soles.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, along with the purchase invoice.

We reserve the right to reject exchange requests for items that show any indication of being worn or altered.

2-YEAR WARRANTY ON HANDMADE SHOES

Our shoes are a reflection of expert craftsmanship and attention to detail. That’s why we proudly offer a 2-year warranty on all handmade Kozasko Bespoke footwear.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Craftsmanship issues, including stitching, welt construction, or sole detachment not caused by misuse

If any such issue arises within the 2-year warranty period, we will gladly repair or replace your shoes. Simply contact our support team with details and photographs of the issue, and we’ll take care of the rest.


REFUND POLICY

If an exchange is not your preferred option, we also offer full refunds within 7 days of the purchase date.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The shoes must be in brand-new, unused condition

  • Must be returned with original packaging and invoice

Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 8 business days.


IMPORTANT NOTE ON NATURAL LEATHER CHARACTERISTICS

Our footwear is crafted using premium leather sourced from gold-rated tanneries certified by the Leather Working Group (LWG). As with all natural materials, slight variations in texture, grain, or tone are expected and are not considered defects.

Therefore, we do not accept returns or refunds for issues related to the natural characteristics of leather such as minor marks, patina development, or tonal variations.
